Application:
The E-series unsaturated double capped polyether products are raw materials for silicone oil modification, which can be used to produce Si-C type polyether modified silicone oil series products. The main uses are as follows:
1. Used as a foaming agent for soft foam and hard foam polyurethane systems, making the foam pores fine and uniform.
2. The pesticide industry uses glyphosate as a wetting and spreading agent to improve efficacy and reduce pollution.
3. Used as a fabric finishing agent: It has a softening effect and is particularly suitable for finishing underwear, bed sheets, towels, etc. Not only is it soft, but it also absorbs water and sweat, making it comfortable to wear.
4. A leveling agent used for paints and polyurethane slurries, which can reduce the internal friction and stress of its molecules, thereby achieving leveling and defoaming effects.
5. Used for making efficient cutting fluids and high-end cleaning agents.
6. In the plastic greenhouse industry, it can be added as an internal additive to plastics for the production of drip free film greenhouses to prevent fogging and improve light transmittance.
7. This product is used in the cosmetics industry to make cream products, which have the effects of lubricating the skin, moisturizing and anti wrinkle.
8. Polyether modified silicone oil is a key component in the formulation of self emulsifying defoamers and delayed coking defoamers for the refining industry.
Note: Unsaturated double capped polyethers with different molecular weights and EO/PO molar ratios can be produced according to customer requirements.
